Dr. Mark Burchette is person to person counseling on our campus at 301 Simpson Road, Anderson SC.

• Dr. Burchette has been a pastor and a counselor at New Covenant Church for the past 25 years. He recently retired from full-time ministry and is presently counseling at our church part time.

• Dr. Burchette earned an M. Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary in 1995. In 2005 he received a PhD in biblical counseling from Trinity Seminary.  He has served as an associate pastor for 34 years.  He has been married for 38 years and has 2 grown daughters. 

• Dr. Burchette’s counseling experience includes working with those who are struggling with their marriages or families. He has counseled those experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, grief and sexual temptation. He has also walked through infertility and adoption journeys both personally and in his counseling.

• All of his counseling focuses on the power of the Holy Spirit, the transforming grace of the gospel and the absolute truth of God’s Word.
