Reasons for the World’s Hatred of Us (v.18-25)

1. Because it hates Jesus (v.18)

2. Because we are not of this world (v.19)

3. Because we loyally serve Jesus (v.20)

4. Because they do not truly know God the Father (v.21)

5. Because Jesus exposes their sin through his Word (v.22-25)

Responses to the World’s Hatred of Us (v.26—16:4)

1. Remain Christ’s faithful witness (v.26-27).

2. Regard Christ’s Warning to faithfully Endure (16:1-4).
